  • Healthstirs does not provide medical advice directly but connects individuals with third-party healthcare providers (“Healthcare Providers”). We also offer non-medical services and information.
  • New users answer initial health questions approved by Healthcare Providers. If they meet specific criteria, they may be invited to schedule an appointment and create an account on the Healthcare Provider’s patient portal (“Patient Portal”), which is not operated by Healthstirs.
  • While the Patient Portal may display the Healthstirs logo, it is managed by the Healthcare Provider or its service providers. Users provide additional medical and personal information through the Patient Portal. Payments, diagnoses, telehealth, lab work, or prescriptions occur through the Patient Portal or third-party suppliers, not Healthstirs’ site.
  • The privacy policies of Healthcare Providers and third-party suppliers govern interactions with their platforms, even if the Healthstirs logo is displayed. This Privacy Notice does not apply to those services.

  • To vendors and service providers: We disclose information to companies that provide services to us, such as providers we may engage to host or operate our website, analyze data, or provide customer service, data storage, marketing, analytics, security, or fraud prevention.
  • To affiliates: We may disclose information to current or future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other companies under common control or ownership with Healthstirs.
